Truth Communications ("we", "us", "our") provides Guided Publishing tools that help authors prepare KDP-ready books. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, and authentication details when you create an account.
- Project content — manuscripts, cover artwork, metadata, and other files you upload to your projects.
- Usage data — pages visited, actions taken, and technical data such as browser, device, and IP address.
- Communications — messages, feedback, and support requests you send us.
How we use your information
- To deliver and improve the Guided Publishing service.
- To process your projects (proofreading, layout, cover, and interior generation) and notify you of progress.
- To secure your account and prevent abuse.
- To send transactional emails about your projects and, where permitted, occasional product updates.
Your rights and content
You retain 100% of the rights to your manuscripts, covers, and finished books. We process your content solely to deliver the service you requested and never sell or license it.
Data sharing
We share information only with vendors required to operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, AI processing, and payments). These vendors are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Retention and deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated project files at any time by contacting us. Some records may be retained to meet legal, tax, or security obligations.
