Agreement

By creating an account or using the Truth Communications Guided Publishing platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

Your content and rights

You retain 100% of the copyright and ownership of your manuscripts, covers, and finished books. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to operate the service you requested.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, violates law, or contains malware.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or bypass security controls.
• Do not use the platform to publish content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually exploits minors.

Payments and refunds

Project fees are described at checkout. Because Guided Publishing involves automated processing as soon as you start a project, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss any concerns.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the platform reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truth Communications is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the platform.
